Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is made to order. When you place an order, your item is printed/embroidered for you and then shipped. That means:

• Your order goes into production first — this is not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
• You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• We currently ship across Canada.

Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days of ordering, depending on your location.
